Also known as Chronomancer. Hails from Bishop's future timeline. Originally a policeman for X.S.E. Later became a criminal and was sentenced for life. Escaped into the present timeline. Member of the Upstarts and the Hong Kong branch of the Hellfire Club. Orchestrated the deaths of the Reavers. Murdered most of the Hellions. Killed by Bishop.
